The company arrived on time. I did not like paying AHC $75 for the ProConnect service, then paying the regular $100 service fee and paying for the cost of refrigerant. Because refrigerant was needed, the company had to call the request in and I had to pay the regular service call fee to AHC in addition to the $75 for ProConnect.

It was a great experience. Thankfully, our stove did not need major repairs. The representative was fast courteous and very knowledgeable. When the technician showed up, he too was very professional and courteous. We have never been disappointed with the service with AHS. I recommend AHS to everyone I know in the market home home buying. This was definitely a great experience with AHS.

Called for service on my air conditioner last summer. It took several months, multiple service calls and two different service companies before it was fixed. This summer called for service on my air conditioner. The assigned company set an appointment without contacting me, and the company doesn\'t have voicemail for me to call and reschedule for a a day and time convenient for me. Just decided to cancel the service call all together. Not prepared to endure another long ordeal again. Why is it so hard to reach someone. Been a customer of AHS for 10 years, and the quality of service is on a fast and steady decline.

AHS employs Incompetent HVAC companies with incredibly unprofessional business practice of abandoning customers before work is completed (heat pump repair) in emergency winter conditions (POLAR VORTEX). Claimed it was due to overage of hours and he wouldn\'t get paid. Customers not put first. Attempting to seek remedies from AHS is fruitless and in vain as you will, first of all, remain on hold for an eternity only to be either hung up on (literally waited on hold 45 minutes before the phone call hung up on me) or given the run around by someone from customer service. AHS refused to work with us to reimburse even a part of the cost of when we were forced to seek outside help from a contractor we knew personally (because the AHS contractor literally abandoned the job without repairing our heat pump). p.s. In the meantime, the "AHS approved" HVAC company failed to follow up on the abandoned service call for several days following the incident. AHS will never get another dime of my money or time.

Had AHS for about 1-1/2 years. Haven\'t had any problems with them or vendors dispatched. Service of vendors were professional, timely and thorough. Would, if asked, recommend them

Very good but you can never get anybody on the phone...I mean never. But they are good at fixing repairs as they say. They are very good, but seriously, nobody ever answers a phone.

On 12/20/2013 I called AHS. Heat in my condo shut down. Shortly afterwards, I received a confirmation e-mail regarding the problem and the Contractor's pertinent info included. AHS Customer Service was very helpful. Tech from CMI came the next day (12/21/2013). Was very professional, appropriately attired and knowledgeable. He called his manager (John) and they informed me that the motor needed to be replaced. The unit in the condo is somewhat old and CMI had to find a vendor that had this motor. A motor was found and it turned out the condenser had to be replaced and all of this was accomplished on Christmas Eve (12/24/2013). The tech took his time to install the new part and checked out the unit thoroughly before he left. I was very appreciative of the way the manager and the tech kept me informed and completed this service call. I would highly recommend CMI and their staff. Thank you

Without question, the worst contractors you will ever have the displeasure of hiring. They spuriously charged us hundreds of dollars for nothing and intentionally broke our Unit so we'd have to buy a replacement. In July my air conditioner started to give me trouble. I called AHS and they asked me about the problem and told me someone will call me and make an appointment. After a few days I got an appointment with the technician. He told me the water drain pipe was clogged, so water was building up. He put 4 gallon of freon, and said the system is going to work. However, I later found out that he knew that adding the Freon wasn't going fix the AC Unit. As a result he charged me 240$ for the Freon, despite knowing it wouldn't fix the problem. Moreover, he left AC Unit unclosed, the wires pulled off, and left the filter outside(which he himself pulled out). When I saw his negligible actions the next day, I called AHS. They informed me that they cant come to fix the AC Unit that they themselves pulled apart. Now I have to call someone else to fix the wires in the Unit that he ripped apart. Now I realize that the contractors of AHS are only trying to make money. My control board was working okay, but they decided to almost destroy it so that they could sell me a new one for a ridiculously high price. They don't care if your system works or not and they just want to charge you money whenever they can.
