I have used American Home Shield on several occasions and have always been pleased with th timelyness and quick response of the contractors. All contractors involved were professional and made the needed repair within a 24 hour time period. When our home had no heat in the dead of winter, our contractor came out but didn't have the needed part, but came back later in the evening, after work hours to ensure we had heat. The service and peace of mind are very good value and would highly recommend American Home Shield.
