There was no drama to schedule the service needed - a blocked kitchen drain. Repair person arrived as promised and the issue was resolved satisfactorily. So the whole experience regarding the inconvenience involved was really worth the money.

This company is dishonest and unreliable on every level. I have been waiting over 8 weeks to have my cooktop replaced and have been unable to get any updates from any representative despite calling twice a week for months. They have essentially stolen my money and disappeared.

In 2014 when lighting struck my out door A/C and cause the over-voltage protection circuit to stop working contractor repaired it and advised that I did not have a whole house surge protector.
