The contractor contacted me in reference to the time to expect him. He was punctual, He was able to access the problem with the freezer part of my refrigerator, call in the part needed, and was able to get the part needed in the same day. The part was delivered as he had indicated, he came back at the designated time, installed the part and fixed the problem. The freezer is cooling and I was saved from having to purchase a new refrigerator.

My experience with AHS is always wonderful. I have told so many of my friends and just people I run into about American Home Shield. Don's Garge Door was here the next morning exactly as scheduled and did an excellent job of replacing the gear in the motor. He also serviced the door hardware and was gone in an hour. The complete process was done in less than 24 hours. That is good service.

AHS has the worst service when it comes to repairs. Nothing is apparently covered once its time to do repairs. Make sure they explain to you the details of the contract before you get into it. I paid for the preventative maintainance package. They came to my house, found some wear and tear issues. I called them to follow up, just to find out that they wouldn't be able to pay for the repairs. I personally will not reccomend them to anyone and will never use their service again.
