In the past we have been pleased with the service from AHS. But recently, we have had problems. We have been waiting for two months for a furnace replacement on one property. AHS blames the contractor and the contractor blames AHS. We have had to make several phone calls and it always takes 45 minutes or so to get through. Sometimes the call back system works, and sometimes not. On another property, we have been waiting for a week for a call back on a simple plumbing problem the tech said would be handled the next day. When repairs have been done, they are well done, but these are taking way too long. Property for the furnace is 21985 S. 630 Rd, Fairland OK 74343. We had the pool filter housing base, which had cracked, replaced. The repair vendor, Aqua Brite, was quick to response and send someone. They did ask me to take pictures a couple of times of the model info, pipe hookup, etc.to save them time. The repair seemed to go well.
