The realtor requested a Home Warranty policy from the seller on a condo we purchased. It turned out to be a good request. The property had only been lived in part time and it turned out to have a plumbing issue that was not easily detected by a home Inspection. Bottom line, there was a Home Warranty repair shortly after the property was purchased. American Home Shield worked with our property manager and the contractor they hired. The problem was fixed promptly and we are trouble free.

We were having an issue with our stove. I sent a repair request online to AHS and received a call that day and the repairman came out within the hour. He reported back to AHS and within 3 days I received an email from AHS saying they were going to replace my stove. They had several models to choose from and 2 days later my new stove was delivered, installed and they hauled away the old one. Excellent Service. AHS is the best and goes above and beyond to keep their customers happy.

AHS has been quick to respond and assign my repairs to a service company. The service companies have not been that good and one did not service my area which customer service resolved while I was on the phone while they were excellent at least one of the companies who was here several times was not that impressive. Being honest one was good a different company. I have reviewed my service when asked and feel that it would be good for them to listen to the customer and investigate some of the service companies they are using.
