I had to wait for long time to get someone to answer. They said I can leave phone number for them to call me. But, I missed their call. I had to start over to leave my phone number and to wait for them to call me. I missed second time and so on. I waste DL half of morning. Finally, I called and waited online. My replacement microwave is out of stock. I asked them to look for an auto native for me. They did not. After whole morning, I still don’t have a microwave. They said I will have to wait till September!

I’ve been with AHS for many years before I canceled a year ago. I’ve been on board for about 15 years total. Just started again last year with you guys. AHS got a bit pricey with the monthly premium and deductible for service calls. So far I placed 2 separate service calls for the year 2022. Both for my upstairs bathroom for leaky faucet and running toilet. Same contractor was used, N***** W**** H****** (NEH); R*** the owner is very good, along with his partner S****. They work well together however the first time it took them 9-10 days to get here which was unacceptable. That was to repair the toilet upstairs. Second service call, same company (NEH), R*** and S**** here again. R**** showed up within 1 business day to assess the situation for my leaky faucet in upstairs bathroom. R*** and S**** were both back within 3 business days to complete the job, they did an outstanding job! Thanks!

We have called American home shield 3 different times, the last our plumbing was backed up pretty bad, the plumbers spent 3 hour unclogging the drain due to last occupants washing their cat in the sink, which resulted in 3 drains clogging. Our experience with these plumbers were awesome. Also American home sheids responds to request promptly, very pleased with service.

Aha has certainly gone down in their service since we began using it. I am not very satisfied and am looking around. Their subs are not the best Last time we used them we were very disappointed as we got a new stove after ours broke and was turning itself on , the sub dropped it off and my husband needed to install it. That is very poor service!

I have had AHS for three years now and have never had a good experience with them. I have only had to call them three times in the three years that I have had it and every time it has been a huge hassle and the people have been rude. I was even hung up on once when I asked to speak to a supervisor. They take FOREVER to even answer your call then take as much time as they like putting in your request, even if it is an emergency! They give two hours time before you can even call back and get a update on your request. On top of all this I have always had a very hard time understanding the service representatives as they are barely speaking English! In my opinion this company is greatly lacking in every area!!
