Hello and let me start off by saying that I\'ve used AHS on two houses. The first house I never had a need to use them, thankfully. On my second home, I did have a need and instead of me calling, I submitted a repair request ticket online. It was simple and was done in less then five minutes. I was contacted by AHS by email letting me know by repair request was received and that I'll be getting contacted by the contractor they designated to repair my issue. The next day the contractor they had selected contacted me to schedule time a technician would arrive at my residence the next day. Long story short, I was happy it paid off having AHS when I needed it and that the process was simple. They even got the thumbs up from technician that came to work my issue. So they are well worth the insurance. The mark down is due to clerical issues I had to call about a couple different times. They corrected them in a timely manner.

Our furnace quit working a week before Christmas!!! The repair person came the next day....but our furnace had to be replaced...a major job! Your customer sefvice was understanding and extremely helpful. The order for our new furnace was expedited and delivered within 3 days and installed on a Saturday! The repairman never left the entire day and worked over 7 hours to finish!!! We couldnt be more pleased with our service from AHS and Fraziers heating and cooling!!!!!
