We’ve been customers for a few years now and very happy with AHS. We have peace of mind that our major appliances are covered and will get fixed. The representative from AHS was very helpful and went above and beyond. Our recent experience was for our old clothes washer, an experienced repair rep came out and had the knowledge and experience, fixed it and it works just like new. They were really nice and attention to detail/cleanliness.

The more I have to call on AHS the more I like the service. I have had three occasions to use this service and give it 5 stars or A+. The contractors are the best and they are courteous and professional. The most recent call was for a leaking garbage disposal. The response time was within 24 hours. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new unit and was done. Although I could have installed it myself, this service saved me 50% of the price of the unit.

American Home Shield (AHS)

I can always count on AHS contractors to handle any problem that I have under contract with them. They have all been professional and competent. The biggest issue that I have is the wait time on hold when you call into AHS (I don't have internet at my home) and then how long it takes to schedule an appointment with the contracted service. But once the appointment time arrives, they are typically right on schedule, are up front about the issue, verify with AHS to assure coverage of that issue and take care of the problem. I have been with AHS for years and can't imagine not having them. I have also encouraged my friends and family to keep a contract with them.
