BEWARE! Extremely long hold time after they get your payments! Over an hour wait. Still waiting for parts for my dishwasher... 3 weeks!!! (Of a family of 5) technician also no call back! Just horrible! Will go to all social media to warn others. My Mom in Las Vegas who I recommended also is totally dissatisfied!!

Everything about my most recent reason to contach AHS was top notch. I was able to use the online service request option without a hitch...it is easy to navigate and the choices provided pretty much covered everything I needed help with. A representative from the contractor's office called me within a couple of hours and talked with me more about the problem I was having and even had me try a few things myself to resolve my issue. Once this was done, she offered me a few options for the technician's visit, etc. He was on time, very friendly and went right to work to fix the problem. I did a follow up survey at the time and reported pretty much the same as I did here. My experiences over the years with AHS have all been good ones. Thank you for providing peace of mind to me as a homeowner.
