I renewed my warranty with this company even after reviewing other warranties. It is significantly different from homeowners insurance; my premium will never go up nor will I be canceled and they dont cover everything from plumbing, fans, ac to washer and microwave. Im a little disappointed that my deductible went up from 75 to 100 but ive had many claims (purchased a lemon) and my warranty has saved me $1000's!

We had problems with our refrigerator in the door ice maker. The water feeder tube would freeze up and clog. Your service person required two trips to resolve the issue but he did an excellent job. He helped with the extra ice cleanup which was very beneficial since we are both handicapped. This repair saved us a lot of costs we would have incurred otherwise. We highly recommend American Home Shield to our friends, family and acquaintances.

There was some sort of mishap with our garbage disposal so I figured I would contact Sensible Warranty to have them replace it. They took a while to get back to me after I submitted my claim, I guess it was a busy week or something. Once I was contacted they scheduled a date to have someone come out and look at and replace the unit. The guy came, he was great and replaced the unit right away. I am quite happy with the service and will report any more interactions with them as they occur.
