DON\'T BUY LOWE\'S WARRANTIES ON ANYTHING. WASTE OF MONEY. You will get the run around if anything breaks. My parents washer broke and it will take a month to get a services man out there. My mom had to call the company 5 times just to get an appointment and was feed misleading information and given the run around. As a matter of fact may you want to start shopping at home Depot. If I could give this a negative review it would be a -10.

The first A/C mechanic was late, but is understandable do to the high temp. that week when he was here he was fast and efficient in his evaluation of the problem. After the parts were placed on order and had arrived the second Mech arrived on time and quickly removed and installed the new compressor. overall I was pretty happy with the service.
