I did a follow up on the status of my claim today. ahs states my claim was completed and closed out by frogpro. NO REPAIR was done and I was told he would contact ahs to setup repair. frogpro asked to use my phone to help me receive a message he sent from his phone. the message was a survey he answered about frogpro services . all reviews about frogpro are true. lies / tricks /scams ASH sent him he dogged them about how they do business. ahs will play our recorded calls

Customer service is sub par..can\'t understand the agent..sounds like a robot with emotions as same. acts like they are reading from a script..I called several times about my claim and keep on getting the rope a dope..

My washer broke in May and have been waiting for a call back from Ahs and the repairman since that time. I was charged for a service and my washer remains broken. I have had to go to the laundromat weekly . Buyer beware very unprofessional and not timely with completing repairs.
