I called my claim in on Tuesday night, received a telephone call on Wednesday booking 8:10 AM to 2 PM window for both tradesmen. They both appeared at the same time at 1030, and the electrician was gone by 11. The plumber finished at 1145, and left. Everything was fixed, cleaned up and working appropriately. Maybe I am just lucky and live in an area where they have a large list of contractors, but this worked out perfectly for me. I am thrilled with the service I received despite all of the bad reviews I have read.
