Lowe’s Protection Plans
Bought 3 year plan. Freezer section vents clogged with ice. Now food spoiling rapidly in refrig section. No help on phone with two calls to service and one call to store. Store refers you to warranty plan people. I can\'t get a service person. Just referrals to videos on what to do. Very dissatisfied. I wanted to give the refrig away earlier on because we chose one too large for two people. Now I can't get it fixed to give it away.

I have had to call American Home Shield for several items in my home. My disposal and kitchen faucet and they were fixed in a timely fashion by knowledgable service people. I had to replace my commode and it was done professionally and to my satisfaction. I had to have my in the door works on my refrigerator/freezer repaired and it was done quickly and professionally. I recommended AHS to my friends and they also have used the service to satisfation.

The last service I needed and AHS followed up: The AHS customer service was very helpful, and gave me precise information about the contractor and how he/she would contact me and when. The the contractor was very prompt in returning my call and making an appointment with me for the next day. When he arrived first thing the next morning, he was efficient, and knew what he was doing. He worked quietly, and also showed me what he had done and since it was my gas hot water heater, he assured me the problem was taken care of safely and should it continue to have the same problem, he suggested I might need to consider a new hot water heater. he was very careful to check every part of the heater, and allowed me to observe and learn. A polite and efficient contractor, whom I would recommend, and AHS made sure my charges were consistent with my contract with them. Thank you all for this work done so well.

AHS gives prompt service. The ease of making a service request on-line is great! I have also had to call for service and that is easy as well. On the few occasions that I needed to speak with a CSR, they were very polite and helpful, with a good knowledge of their product. I like having the peace of mind that if something breaks down in my home, I will be able to get repairs made and it won't cost me an arm & a leg.

The contractor that came out was very helpful and completed the job in a very timely manner. The problem was resolved after the first visit but he also ordered a part that was needed to complete the resolution....which had to be approved by AHS and once it was and the part came in....they returned to complete the process. I will definitely request this company again should I have further issues with my AC/HVAC system. The company was Cool & Cozy LLC.

The AHS Contaractor was on time nad completed the repairs quickly, but was very through in making sure there was a bigger problem. He explained his findings in terms I could understand and was helpful in understanding why the product wouldn't work as a result of it malfunction.
