HORRIBLE SERVICE! Their customer service representatives are the worst! You pay for something that you DONT GET! They don\'t deliver what they promise on their warranties! I requested a service on April 27, 2022, and I reached out since then until today, to the company and the contractor and NOTHING! My request was cancelled and no one notified me,...View More the contractor they assigned to me has been temporarily closed and not even once of the times I called, a customer service representative did something to help. They stopped providing the service I requested on June 6th and NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME. I tried to call today and someone from the “Escalate Department” talked to me and hung up in me as I was trying to explain my issue. I was not rude to anyone in all of the calls I made, and not even once any service or resolution was provided. I would not recommend this company to anyone because they clearly don’t care enough for their customers and it is very frustrating. I was able to get a hold to a Spanish speaking lady, who was the only one able to TRY to get a solution and despite her effort, she couldn’t do anything cause it was out of her hands. But out of all the English speaking customer service representatives, none of them did something to help. Disappointing!View Less

I do have a complaint. Having to go through a call center in order to ask questions regarding replacements of appliances/other. The agents in the call center don\'t have the answers to questions I would think most consumers would want/need to know. For example: What is the time frame for when replacements will be delivered. Days? Weeks? ...View More What brand/type of replaced appliance/other will I receive. Like for like? Do I have a say in what brand/type of replacement I'll receive? American Home Shield should have a department/number for these basic questions. Someone I can speak with who has these answers. I made a big mistake using your service. Called for service on Wednesday night 7/5/2018 for leaking hot water heater and someone shows up at my house on Monday afternoon. Really. Then my cost plus the $75 deductible is $760.00. Hot water heaters cost $440 max for a 40 gallon. My cost is more than your cost really.
