Our tank-less water heater would frequently shut down and after contacting AHS we received a call promptly from the contractor who dispatched a technician to analyze the issue. Since we had just purchased the house and didn\'t have any record of the required maintenance on the product we were charged $125 to perform it. Regrettably the problem persisted and, with only a days delay, the unit was replaced with a new one with better performance specs. We are very satisfied.

Have had good servicee results the 2 times I have needed to call in the 1st year of the contract. Took longer than expected to get repair parts in so replacement could be completed on a leaking washer. (2 different leaks) Once in, the repairs were done quickly and solved the problem.
