A/C stopped cooling. Wife is handicapped and has Asthma and COPD. Repaired within a few hours. The repairman was very knowledgeable and professional. The Warranty company was extremely helpful and respectful. Great job by all involved.

The inspector missed the fact that the oven in the home was inoperable. A claim was filed in a timely manner with Porch, a partner company who provides a 90 day inspection guarantee. It has now been over 2 months we have lived in the home and still have no working stove. Porch asked us to give then 14 business days to review the claim. It has now been 18 business days with no updates. Every person/organization makes mistakes which is understandable. However, once you know you've made a mistake you should make every effort to reconcile the issue. I've seen minimal to no good faith effort to resolve the issue. Won't do business with them again and will recommend others go a different direction.

This is absolutely the worst warranty company I have ever used. I own 2 homes and AHS has been difficult to deal with from the start. I bought a preventative maintenance contract from them for my heat pump and once that was done, I have had problems with that heat pump for the past 2 winters. As of this date, my heat pump has not been working for 2 days and AHS assigned a contractor that that not only tore up my yard, they have not fixed the problem. After waiting all morning for them to call me, I called them and was told they had to order parts and have no clue when they will be here. This contractor has been to my house no less than 4 times and AHS could care less. Each time that I have called AHS, I am on hold for at least 15 minutes before a representative responds.
