They are easy to contact but the timeliness of repair is difficult, especially when the AC is broken in the hottest month on a weekend! I would love the company have more available contractors to perform these repairs faster.

What I liked best about my dryer repair was the ease of scheduling the service. We live about 25 miles from town, so it's difficult to find vendors willing to drive so far. Contractor arrived late but called to advise he was stuck in traffic. When contractor arrived, he was courteous, efficient and quickly diagnosed the problem (garage door malfunctioned). Contractor had the tools and parts to fix the door and noticed another possible problem which I had him repair outside of my home warranty. Contractor advised me of costs for repair and quickly finished the woor. Clean up was complete.
