Had to replace the duct work on my ac unit due to water damage. Filed a claim on Saturday, they didn\'t respond until Tuesday. I did call them and left a message on Monday. Other than that, everything was smooth like southern whiskey.

I have been very pleased with the quick response of the phone team when it is necessary to call for repair help. They are fast and accurate. This is my sixth year with American Home Shield and though I have not needed their expertise often it is good to know they are available. All but one of the contractors have been excellent. Not a bad average.
