I have been without Air Conditioning for over ten weeks. I am finally supposed to have this repaired this week. Customer service has been horrible. Communication has been horrible. No one takes ownership. I have made over 30 calls and spent countless hours trying to get ANYONE to help me. Supervisors do nothing. The 1st company damaged the unit. The 3rd company has been cleaning up after the 1st company all summer. AHS is aware of this and still uses them. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do not waste your time or money.

I was treated unfair did not get the Service I deserved Certified Heating &Cooling came out said COIL LEAKING, System need refrigerant, told me everything would be fix , went back to office Got a call from AHS they said the dog had PISSED on the COIL it had a hole in it they can not fix, its my fault the dog stay tied up in the back yard, not near the heat pump! Certified Heating guy told me American Home Shield denied and elderly man did not fix his heat pump not to long ago also he said that AHS would be going under soon and his Company will be Leaving them SOON!!! AMERICAN HOME SHIELD GOT MY MONEY ALL THESE YEARS BAD SERVICE CAN SOME ONE HELP ME !!HOT AND MAD IN TENNESSEE!!!!! I NEED A HEAT PUMP A.H.S. NOT GOOD TO YOUR CUSTOMER!!!

Contractor contacted me the next day and we scheduled an appt for 1 day later! Great customer service on the phone - very friendly and helpful. Contractor showed up on time, was very thorough and explained specifically what was wrong, what needed to be done and how that would be handled. He replaced the part and left the area better than before he came! The repair resolved the issue. It was so quick and easy and painless - thank you!!
