Very poor company, no work ethics and 3rd class contractors. After whole week I called AHS back for my dishwaher repair and they contacted the company back which was Santastics. I called back AHS after over one hour on hold ( as usual) assocoate said they cant garenty some one for same day. After asking for supervisor who was as poor as other associate, she said the same thing. Manager had no customer service skills and was talking over me and was aurguing about company rules and finally she hung up on me. Very poor company and I am about to cancel this service today.View Less

The a/c repairman arrived within a couple of hours but clearly knew very little about his job and had been instructed to say 'not covered'- in fact he didn't even examine the part which is faulty, which IS supposed to be covered. I have had this service less than a year. I have had 12 repairs made, but have paid deductible on 6, as you can add up to 3 items on each type of service request. I am sure even though I spend $799.00 per year and $360 in deductibles that I am still ahead a couple of years payments.
