It was so easy to schedule a service call just by answering a few questions, email sent immediately after my call stating who was the assigned contractor and contractor replied within less than 4 hours and was scheduled for same day service. Paid my deductible via phone. Excellent service and highly recommend American home shield.

We have used our home warranty many times over the last 15 years and we have never had any issues at all. The service is always great and since they’ve switched to using their website to set up appointments it’s been even better. Every step has always been smooth without any issues. You are given the contractors name and number right away so you can reach out to set up an appointment or discuss the issue. I highly recommend this warranty and most importantly I’m glad we have it!

I was very impressed with the tech. He came on a Saturday, usually his day off, to service out hot water heater. Our problem was resolved. I called on a Friday afternoon and the tech was there on Saturday at noon. He was also very personable and was very clear on exactly what the problem was and how it was to be fixed. I wish to have Him back should we have another plumbing problem.

Customer service bent over backwards to try and get my complaint taken care of in a timely manner, which meant they had to find another contractor to take care of my problem as the first once would not come out for 2 days. This might have been ok, but I had running water and no way to shut it off without shutting down the whole house.
