American Home Shield (AHS)
I responded to an AHS email that suggested an AC tune-up before AC season. The only option offered was to select yes. When I was contacted by the service company they asked if I had one or two AC units. When I said two, they told me I needed to call AHS back and ask for a second work order and there would be two charges for service. I called and was told by recording that the wait time would be excessive and that I could request a call back. I did that and did receive the call back and was then put on hold. I put the call on speaker phone and waited for over an hour. When I finally talked to a live person they said calling in was the only way to schedule two AC units for the pre-season check up service. Not a very customer oriented way to do business! The service itself was very good!
