Such a great experience with AHS. Our A/C has stopped working last week . We filled out on line to request the A/C repair service and got the appointment right next day. The A/C tech come over to diagnostic the problem from the compressor , So they replaced the new compressor to fix the problem quickly and even providing an follow- up service the day after to make sure the A/C problem has successful resolved . Thank you so much for the excellent services from AHS & Phil’s Good A/C company

Chad works magic and was done within minutes. No issues afterwards. The Lindsay company does good work for us over the years. My issue was the sink smells bad. I thought it was the toilet but it was the sink. After he was done, it was done right.

We are so glad that we have the American home shield warranty on our home. We’ve had it for over 10 years now, and it has Been a blessing. We recently had plumbing issues with the mainline and it was backed up. The service came out to help us fix the issue the very next day, and now we can use our plumbing without any worries. I would recommend AHS to anyone who owns a home.

WARNING: AHS is a complete scam. They take your money and then refuse to help you get any issues fixed with your home. I\'ve been waiting over 5 weeks for a simple faucet replacement and it\'s cost me 3 days at home waiting for someone and over 5 hours on the phone waiting and talking to a rep. This is not the first time we\'ve had issues, it\'s been every time. We've had our water turned off in our bathroom for over 5 weeks because of this simple problem. I will have to pay out of my pocket additionally to get this fixed by a reputable company, not the unreliable companies that AHS puts on your claim and sends to your house without knowing how they are or if it's safe. 100% awful experience.

In the past I had issues with AHS scheduling appointments in a timely manner. And issues with the customer service representatives as well. The last 2 interactions have been much better. I received service the next day on an issue that I had and the customer service was much better. Also the technician that came out was professional and resolved the issue quickly.

Lowe’s Protection Plans
Extended Warranty Service is a joke with LOWE\'S. They did not honor the extended warranty on the Power Washer even though I had maintained per the Manufacturer\'s Manual. They were very eager to sell the extended warranty and made all the promises but when the time came to use the extended warranty, they say it is not covered under warranty. I will never buy anything from LOWE's again.

In general we have been very satisfied with AHS. We have used AHS since past 20 years. However, recently we had a situation with microwave . We are kind of disappointed buy the AHS service. We felt that customer service was not interested in helping us. Rather they pushed us to work with GE Appliance repair services. We had to go back and forth with GE & AHS. We still haven't completed the installation. Not so happy at the moment.

The provider was a nightmare to deal with and tried to overcharge on job, then refused to do job, then completed job, hand wrote receipt, then tried to double charge for service call but the customer service rep I last spoke with understood the problem very well as provider had not responded to AHS request in a month either. She handled situation quickly and efficiently and I am again pleased with AHS service.

American home shield responded quickly to my email regarding my garbage disposal. The contractor called with hours of my email and schedule an appointment within a couple of days, working around my schedule. He was quick and efficient to replace the disposal.

The last time we used AHS is when our water heater started to fail. Needless to say time is of the essence in a case like this. From the time we contacted AHS till we heard from the plumbing company was a matter of hours! They set it up so they had someone out 1st thing the next morning to assess the situation. The plumber was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained exactly what the situation was, went over the options and allowed us to make an informed choice for a replacement. From there it was just a day later that they had the new hot water heater out and installed. They even coordinated with the city inspector a day and time that fit our schedule. The best part is all the money we saved! We have had AHS cover every house we have owned for 40 years and they have always been the best. We recommend them to all of our family and friends because of their great record.

We have been waiting on our dishwasher to get repaired since august 2014. Each time american home shield sends sears repairs who come and say they need parts etc and this runaround has been going on since august 2014. Now it is december 2014 and absolutely no progress has been made. After 5 months of not getting the repairs done, American home shield should definitely replace the dishwasher but each time we call, the representative says its out of their hands etc etc. Pathetic service and outright cheating in my opinion.

There was intial delay of one day by contractor to contact us. I called for problem on friday. They claimed they were trying to contact us but we were home all the time. On Monday I called and then things started to move. Contractor reached my home on time. Before that customer service kept us informed about when he will arrive. One thing I liked about the contractor was that he took time to explain the problema dn what he was doing.
