I must start by saying this is the first Review I have ever made on any product or service and I am 50 years old. With that said.......I have been an AHS Customer for well over 7 years and have had most recently a terrible experience. My first call was placed on September 1st regarding my hot water tank. While I was happy that they dispatched a technician, he was unable to solve my problem. Since September 1st they have been out to my house on several occasions and have told me they had to order parts. When I try to get an ETA on the parts, I am told they will call me when the parts arrive. I have now been 17 days without hot water and am fed up! When I try to discuss further options I am told I just have to wait. Why is it ok for them to take my money month over month but when I need help there is little help provided. As many others have already mentioned, each time I try and call I have to wait anywhere from 20 - 40 minutes to speak with a human. STAY AWAY!!!!
