My dryer stopped working so I put in a service order and within 24 hours, I was contacted by a technician. The service was performed a few days later to my expectations. J*** arrived on time and repaired the dryer quickly. He was very professional, explaining the issue and how he was able to repair the dryer. He cleaned up after putting the dryer back together and left in under an hour. Overall experience was excellent for the price and service provided. Will use AHS again for future repairs. Thank you.

I am not sure how you all going 5-star rating to this company. This company is becoming just like any other company. Stealing people\'s $$ and not providing the services they promised. They used to be good, but in the last year, customer service has gown down, wait time is over one hour on the phone, they never return call, they are not providing the services they promise. They are basically scamming people. They never repaired the A/C, cost me $12000 to replace the whole system. They sent out bunch of tech’ s and could never find the problem, but A/C was blowing warm Air in the summer time. After the tech visit, there was a leak in the A/C, they wanted me to pay close $1800 to re-fill the Freon. Been on the phone for one hour! Have been waiting for service for a month. So, I ask again how are you all giving 5 stars to their unacceptable service. Is waiting on the phone for over an hour, is that good customer service?

my last AHS experience was great. The contractor United Air Temp has gotten better with respect to their service technicians. In the past they would try to get me to buyin to other UAT services or products and I understand that but all I need is for them to fix the problem and that's all. On this occasion the service Tech were great and they did a through job with the repair.
