Absolutely wonderful experience! **** came in and accessed my water heater. Another company looked at the sticker and it’s fate and told me it was so old I would need a new water heater probably around $2,600. ***** to the rescue... a fixed ignition switch and some kinda wire( see it didn’t matter that I knew nothing about water heaters) he fixed it ... 30 minutes tops!! Feels good to have someone not take advantage of an already awful situation . Thanks again

AHS sent CK Appliance Repair for the service on my dryer. Excellent CK customer service. Communicated every step of process and were very friendly. Their service technician was excellent. Dryer needed a part ordered and he ordered right on spot. He did put a temporary fix in until it came in. I was notified when part came in and technician installed and have not had any more issues. I highly recommend both.

Unfortunately I have been with this company over 7 years and slowly go from 10 to 0. My AC has be out a week. I called AHS yesterday to investigate. Today I called again and stayed on the phone 50 min with one of their overseas call centers. I had no idea what the hell they were saying. So I got absolutely nothing resolved. I am not sure what type of scam they are running but if you expect to get quality service go somewhere else. Uspowmia@aol.com

AHS has a HUGE problem with reaching someone in customer service. They are replacing my microwave and asked me to call them back. I was on hold for 58 mins. They know it is a problem and they state that on their recording. That is unacceptable to be on hold that long but I needed to talk to them. Once you reach customer service they are fantastic and willing to assist. AHS handled everything and in a timely order. Customer service 5 stars reaching them 1.

It has been 3 weeks since I contacted AHS about my ac being broke. They have sent out two different technicians and my ac isn\'t fixed yet and the last company said it will be another week before it will be fix. I think this is very poor business practice for a company that gets my money out of my account faithfully every month. Not to mention that this is the hottest week of the year in Va(105 heat index) and I have 2 little kids in my hot house. I call ASH and get put on hold for an hour and no one can solve my issue. This is not the company that I thought I was getting for home repairs. I have been a member for 5+ years but will consider another company if or when this situation is resolved.

I have been a customer since 2009. I was very satisfied with the service until the past year. This last occurrence was ridiculous. I had a major plumbing issue that resulted in extensive damage to my kitchen and the basement area. The water could not cut off from the inside and required a call to the fire dept (weekend) to cut the water off from the outside, resulting in no water to the entire house. Called insurance, call AHS. Contractors sent by insurance company arrived at my home within 2 hours. Contractor dispatched by AHS could not come to home until 36 hours later. We ended up paying for an independent contractor who was also at our home within 2 hours. I could not believe that this was considered an expedited call. Many independent contractors and companies offer warranty programs through their agencies and those contractors cover plumbing, heating, etc. It may cost more because of their specialty area, but his has shown me how much more worth it, it is. I rather pay the extra and get good quality contractors, then be placed in the line and not assessed properly according to the significance of the problem. This was beyond frustrating and disappointing. I am certainly glad that that the other contractors came to my home and resolved the immediate issue and was gone by 1:30pm. My dispatched plumber calls me the next day at 8:00am to come out that afternoon. Beyond ridiculous! The service AHS provides has been steadily going down. I am founding out more and more about the other warranty programs. They have got to be better than this.
