This is one of the worst companys I had experience to work with! It\'s ok if you have a light bulb or a switch replace by them. But when it comes to some major repair they will give you the run around and never keep their word! We had a call place to them about 4 items that broke in our home One was the light bulb in the oven .second was the push switch button for the exhaust fan third was my dishwasher fourth was the washer and fourth was my water heater They came and they repair the bulb.the switch for the exhaust fan and the washer all minor repair When it came to dishwasher they told us that they cannot fix it .I ask them what do we do .the technician basically told us that we broke the dishwasher in purpose and we are on our own UNBELIEVABLE. Now on the last item the water heater. The technician come back and told us that we need to pay $1900 to have the water heater replace I dnt understand when I sign up with you you told us that the major repairs will be cover by you 100% this is unacceptable I ask them what about if I replace the water heater on my own can they give me the $1900 and I will find my own technician their response was that they will only pay me up to $800 and no more I think this is a disgrace and very dishonest people trying to rub people for money . By the way I called on my own 3 estimates from different companies to replace the water heater and they all came below $1900 .00 I have bein with them for 2 years and I always pay now that I need to have those items replace they dnt care I will change this water heater and I will run away from this company as fast as I can!!!!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Our dishwasher was not working properly in mid December. They sent a person who said he could not fix it and would be back in touch. Weeks went by and we were finally told they would have to replace it. Weeks later they came out and said because we had copper pipe instead of braided hose they could not install it. That probably should have been communicated and I was told a good installer would have not had an issue with that. Not a big deal but our experience was starting to become borderline unacceptable. They told us they would send a plumber to fix it. A plumber comes out, has no idea why he was there. I explained and he said no way he could do that and ran out. Yet another waste of our time and terrible communication. I got upset and just had the braided hose taken care of myself. Weeks go by again and they show up with the wrong dishwasher. More time wasted. Another week or two and they showed up with the correct dishwasher. My wife missed work this time and it seemed okay. When I got home we realized it was leaking under the sink and the drain hose was not hooked up properly. I fixed the leak and tried to adjust the drain hose but it is still not draining. Every time I have to call them it takes an hour to speak with someone and they never have a good plan or are considerate of the fact that they messed up. I have to go back to square one. Now they tell me they will find a guy to inspect it but he may not be able to fix it. And they will get back to me to let me know when I can miss another day of work so they can give me another 4 hour window when they can make it out. Oh, and it is now about 2 1/2 months later. What a terrible experience.
