I realize everything takes time but we were very disappointed in how long it took on hold when calling in for service. I suggested once getting to a live person AHS needs to update their service & perhaps do as Verizon & other companies are beginning to do by leaving your phone # & you will be called back by the company w/o losing your place in line. By doing this we can go on with our lives until AHS returns our call rather than waiting on hold in excess of an hour & when you get your call dropped it makes it even worse!
