American Home Shield (AHS)
Had to have pool pump replaced. Contractor's representative was prompt, did not have to meet him at the house, left key for him. He stayed in contact with me via phone and explained in detail what the problems were, what he was going to do and why. Very satisfied with the service and did get to meet him one day when he came by to see if pump was performing as should. I hope that he is sent out again if more problems come up.

American Home Shield (AHS)
AHS is the most inefficient company I have ever seen. I had an issue with choosing a wrong plumber and it took eight separate phone calls for a span of three weeks, and still couldn't resolve the issue. Each time I made the call, the previous call was not recored in their system so, each time, I had to repeat the same story over and over. Besides, each agent drew a different conclusion on how the issue should be handled so I ended up with no resolution.
