American Home Shield (AHS)
I called about my fridge not working, and you can forget ever being able to talk to a real person unless your just calling to set up service. I waited 20 minutes on hold on the service line before I hung up and called to setup service and they answered in under a minute. When I did the automated system to setup service it took 3 days for the service people to call me (24/7 is crap). The service person from whirlpool said it will be 1 month before they can come look at my fridge and suggested I call the home shield to get another company out. This is a worthless company and you should look elsewhere if you expect service, I am just glad it is a fridge and not a broken pipe cause this company is completely worthless. I will try to cancel and get a refund and use that money to just buy a new fridge. Unfortunately I am still on hold waiting for them to answer, just so I can cancel this non existing service.
