I’ve had to schedule several service calls as I moved one tent out and another in...all repairs were done timely and without hassle. One required a replacement, got allowance, purchased new oven and submitted receipt per instructions...expect a check within 21 days. Nice piece of mind.

Had water backed up in bathroom sinks, toilets running and very bad smell coming from pipes. Made a request online, received a callback in 1 day to confirm appt. They were prompt, very descriptive before starting any work and explained the process. I am very pleased with the service and how the work was done. Very thankful that I signed up with AHS, saves money and the work has been great!

The experience I have had with American home shield has been terrible. I called them last August because my fridge was licking water, the technician came and fixed it. Three months in a week later my fridge was licking water again, I called then and told them that the issue was not fixed, they told me because it is over three months that I had to pay again. I didn't have money at the time and couldn't do it at the time, it is $85 each visit. I called them again to schedule someone to fix the same issue, the assigned me with someone from sears for a Friday, they said the estimate time was between 2 to 5pm, so I had to take a day of vacation at work. I called them the day of the appointment and they said the technician would be arriving between 2 to 4, at 4:30 I called them again and they said that they apologize but the technician was going to be at my place at 5:00pm I called at 5:30 and told them that he did not show up, so they said that he would be arriving at 6pm. I called at 6:30 to tell them he never showed up, but they were close. The issue has not been resolved, they haven't contacted me at all. it is just a bad experience and I would not recommend this insurance. Try to find another one if possible. they should compensate me for the day of vacation I lost being at home waiting for the technician

I called and said I needed my washer and dryer checked as the dryer was not drying clothes as fast and the washer was leaking. Express Repair called right away and was out in about an hour or so. He found the problems and I needed a part for the washer. He came the next day and put in the part in a very short time. Very nice man, answered questions with a smile. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Washer works great!

Technician arrived earlier that expected. Immediately assessed the issue with our A/C unit. Quickly repaired it. The unit began cooling almost immediately. Technician very thorough and knowledgeable. We are vey grateful because the temperature in the house was vey hot and we did not have to endure a Louisiana summer heat very long. Thanks AHS for selecting great companies to perform serice calls.
