My washer hasn’t worked since December 17-17. Two technicans have been out. The second one closed our ticket because the parts were no longer available. That was two days ago. I have never heard from AHS and I’ve called three or four times and sat on hold for over an hour. I’m speechless. What exactly am I paying for?

So far I\'m very pleased with both the contractor and AHS. The two times I felt in need I filled out a simple online form for service, for neither case was an emergency. However, one issue did not have a listing: water hammer. I chose the closest one possible and called to follow up, but there was no way to speak with someone. I got a recorded message that looped regarding their website. I did, however, get confirmation emails, updates on when my service tech would arrive, and a couple of calls from the plumber where I could explain the issue directly.

Always over an hour on the phone holding waiting for a representative. Example of the poor service: Bathroom fan did not work, and light fixture in bathroom did not work. It has been over six weeks and no resolution. They claim a fan motor has been ordered, why not replace the whole bathroom fan. Not that much more money, but no, we have to wait weeks and weeks for an obscure part. Nothing was done with the light fixture. Horrible customer service, total waste of time.

They say all home warranties are the same and I disagree it all boils down to the venders and contractors they use to make the repairs needed, do they do it the right way or cheap way, do they show up on time or do you have to wait several days to receive service. I say they are not all the same I have used 3 different companies and so far AHS stands above. It was not always this way AHS has improved on there service providers. I recommend them as my home service provider.
