Although sometimes it takes an undesirable amount of time to fix some problems, the problems are always resolved. The companies in Yakima are challenged to handle the work loads. But the overall attitude is to please the customers, at least that\'s been my experiences. American Home Shield, have been excellent to work with. I wish them well. 4 days ago(Monday) I spent an hour on hold trying to schedule a service call for my Whirlpool washing machine. I was told that the service provider was not available until friday sometime and could not be more definite than that. Now I have been on hold for another hour just to ask a question. If it was possible I would give your customer service -10 stars. I

I was very pleased with our contractor. He didn't make us feel like idiots, just because we couldn't fix our faucets. American Shield was very fast in getting our problem solved.
