Never by any warranty service fron Choice Home Warranty. They are scam-artists…they are engaged in fraudulent and deceptive pratice to milk your money.
Tried to get Pool Heater fixed but they denied the claim. Once again, another example of companies taking your money and doing nothing for it. I thought this company would be better than some of the others I read about but the bottom line is that none of these companies are any good. The whole industry needs to be shut down. Home Warranty in a real estate transaction is basically a waste of money.
Choice home warranty is the worst home warranty company I have ever worked with. The support desk is abusive and total lack any customer service skills. The agent I talked to said she hopes my Air Conditioner never gets fixed and the supervisor I talked to called me an ignorant, because I don’t know anything about Air Conditioner. I agree that I don’t know anything about my AC unit but I know when some is ripping me off. This company is a total scam. They sent out an AC company and they only presented me with a bill, that was 7 times higher then if I had it done by my normal AC person. I would never use this company again.
