Didn’t like the time had to wait for Home Warranty to finally approve work.
I just purchased the Elite Complete policy. I had tons of questions. Representative Nir was incredibly patient. He answered all the questions I could think of. He also answered questioned I didn’t know to ask. He was wonderful. He also told me he would always be available should I have any more questions. I certainly hope the relationship with Elite is as good as Nir. He is the reason I chose Elite over the other companies I researched.
Wanted to get prices on a home warranty company, not all companies are created equally. I called and they were so helpful, explained everything to me. I was late in the game to price a new one. But they offered to pick up where mine was going to fall off. So far so good. Good prices.
I called and filed a claim about my air conditioning not working last Friday May 3rd. They had a tech here today on May 8th. He was very professional and courteous. He fixed my air conditioner. Kirk with elite home warranty was also very helpful. I had paid the $70 service charge to elite when I called in to file the claim and the service tech today told me I still owed $56. Kirk took care of it for me. He was very professional
