Our A/C was not regulating and keeping the temperature. Our called Nations Home Warranty on a Monday and the technician came out the following Tuesday. The technician was courteous and fixed the problem with ease. I’ve already recommended Nations Home Warranty to a family member. They provide excellent service with a smile.

Built a new home about 6 years ago and recently renewed with Nations as most of our major systems had just gone out of warranty. Sure enough, we an issue with our AC. Nations returned our call promptly. Although we played a bit of phone tag, I got to a person who arranged for the repair service quickly. The service company responded to the request in less than 30 minutes, and had two servicers at our house the same day. They diagnosed the issue quickly, which ended up being just a faulty thermostat, and were finished in less than an hour. They inspected the interior and exterior units as well and stated they were otherwise in good shape with no obvious issues. The lead service tech actually apologized for replacing the thermostat with a very simple unit (ours was a bit fancier, but not a Nest or Ecobee). This was fine with me as I just wanted something functional for now and will replace it with an Ecobee soon. Overall great experience, fast service, and no issues with trying to sell additional services. Glad to see that the service has remain great and their partner network is still solid. ..View less

It was great to talk to a person live and describe the issue with our water heater. They had someone the next day and problem was resolved. Our first experience with Nations was exceptional.

Element Mechanical performed my annual a/c checkup in a very timely manner. I called Nations Home Warranty in the morning and Element Mechanical was at my house that afternoon. No problems were found. The technician was very courteous.

I’ve had good service with the companies that work with Nations. Sometimes they change contractors and I was happy with the prior company but adjust. Response time from contractors is good and Nations always follows up to be sure service was completed

A-Star Heat & Air quickly responded to Nations home Warranty's request for service to repair three leaky sinks in my home. Money was reimbursed for parts that I bought myself, the process for making that claim was easy and straightforward.

Have had to call Nations twice this year. First time was for my hot water heater and 2nd was for a constant running commode. Both times within the hour I had a call back from Nations letting me know who would be calling me. Have had Nations since 2017 and am very happy with them

Our master toilet began leaking from the bottom of the toilet. Guessing it was time to replace the wax ring I called Nations for a plumber. After a quick response the toilet was fixed the next day. It’s great having Nations for our house repairs.

LG washing machine was making sounds during the rinse cycle. Called and filed a claim. Service company/represetative was on-site in 24 hours. Analysis was conducted with no issues...sounds continued and service representative was quick to come back and check.

I've had Nations for years, in 3 different properties. Of the times I needed them, I think I only had a bad experience once, but the rest were all perfect. I never needed anything major, like an AC replacement so I can't speak for that, but for all the other service calls they did great. I plan on keeping them and I do recommend them.

Suburban Door called just after 8am the day of my service appointment, and let me know the service tech would arrive within the next twenty minutes. The tech arrived, I relayed the problem, and he checked it out. The tech made some adjustments and gave me some advice about garage doors. It was a normal service call, tech was professional, easy to talk to, and he did everything he could do responsibly to trouble shoot and possibly improve the performance of my garage door. I have always had a quick call back from the contractor after calling Nations with a need. Nations always checks back to make sure the contractor called me and then follows up with me after the work is done to make sure I’m satisfied. Nations really makes home maintenance and repair easy for me. I highly recommend them. AWESOME customer service!

This is the worst warranty company ever. The agents are terribly rude and unprofessional. Tried to fill out a report saying I stated one thing instead of the facts so the claim would not be processed. I used this company because my real estate agent recommended them but that was because she did not know the owners had changed. We had 2 issues in the last 2 months. One being a plumbing issue. Another being our washer broke. Drains were all plugged up. We couldn't use our toilets and they on getting someone there as soon as possibly they could. The were very professional. They couldn't fix our washer because they couldn't get all the parts.
