These ***** have been processing my claim for over four months. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now they wont even answer the phone and will not advise if they will ever process my claim for $175 that was submitted over four months ago.

Spot on service on my first claim. Glad I chose RWS. Claims rep was friendly, took all my info and waiting time was not long. They had my washing machine repaired in no time. Without it I would be spending a lot of money. Would definitely recommend them. Keep up the good work!

We really appreciate the way they handled our claim. They immediately send out a repairman two days after we made the call. He was polite and extremely professional. Would highly recommend RWS. They made good on their promise and resolved our concern quickly.

This company is a scam! I bought a house in March. I had the property inspected and this warranty was offered through my inspection company. I purchased a warranty for 18 months and upgraded so that my service fee would only be $75. After 9 months in the home, my hot water heater stopped working (a brand new water heater). RWS is now saying that they won't cover the replacement of the water heater even though on the "Contract Details" page of their warranty booklet it states "Water Heater(s) $1000.00: Water heater repair work & replacement (covers the replacement cost of most water heaters." This company is a scam!!!! It's near impossible to get anyone on the phone when you call. Also, they don't honor their contract. I'm seeking legal recourse and am waiting for someone to call me back from the company so that I can terminate my warranty and have a prorated amount refunded back to me for the remainder duration of the warranty. I submitted my claim on a Tuesday morning and RSW had had a technician at my house on Thursday. I just couldn’t believe how fast they work. Switched from another home warranty company because they were just to slow to act. Great job guys!

I was very happy when the people at RWS told me that the repair person would be coming to our home the following day. Based on my experience with previous companies, this was very quick. He came as scheduled, checked, and repaired our dishwasher. I am glad that I am working with a company I could count on. Thanks!

Highly professional and expert at what they do. They provided us with the best and timely supported we needed. Our air-conditioner broke up soon after we took the warranty. We got it repaired locally and filed for reimbursement. They were very professional and helped us get the reimbursement in 2 weeks. Overall, a great experience!

They were very professional and proficient when processing my claim. It took 4 days from reporting my broken air conditioner and having it fixed. I called a local contractor, so it took me a couple of weeks to get reimbursed but all in all the experience was good.

Had a roof leak and submitted a claim. I have the five year roof protection plan under RWS. I was told to find a contractor to complete the work by this warranty company and did so. The contractor came out and repaired the leak for approximately $950. Til this day I have yet to receive my reimbursement. Long story short, they did not reimburse me as a result. I decided not to renew my simple plan a based on the horrible experience I had with not receiving my roof reimbursement. I went out and bought a new appliance that weekend. Seriously... this is the 21st century. How does this company expect somebody to live without a refrigerator, especially during a pandemic. Wound up throwing away over $100 worth of food. First time to get RWS and boy, were we relieved! My family is in the business of leasing out our personal properties and sometimes, lessees have some minor improvements they want done. Good thing I have RWS to call now instead of facilitating everything myself. And still profit too! What a great relief!

We made a call to RWS about our air conditioner and the service technician arrived two days later. Immediately saw that he knew what he was doing and gave us a quick assessment of the problem. Got some parts and fixed the aircon the following day. Very satisfied customer here. Appreciate the quick services!

Moved into our new home and it came with a 1-year policy at RWS. We found out that our neighbor had the same policy and has been with the company for 4 years because of their good experiences. Our refrigerator broke down and immediately called for help. They sent a contractor and quickly got this fixed. Paid the deductible and everything has been good so far. Good services!
