Residential Warranty Services has covered you with their two comprehensive home warranty plans. The first plan, the Simple Plan, offers coverage for nearly every mechanical component in your home. This includes free SewerGard protection, saving homeowners from costly sewer line repairs.

The Premier Plan takes coverage to the next level by offering everything included in the Simple Plan along with additional items. This plan includes coverage for trash compactors, HVAC maintenance, and unknown pre-existing conditions.

While the sellers generally go for the simple plan intending to keep the premium lower, the buyers opt for an expanded protection plan under the premier plan. Residential Warranty Services Discounts

For holders of the Simple or Premier Plans, you can extend the duration of plans from 12 months to 24 months for only $400. However, this is available during the initial six months of your plan term.

Residential Warranty Services Exclusions

RWS contracts only cover the items within the perimeter of the home’s foundation and associated garages. Appliances will only be treated if they are damaged due to normal wear and tear. The company will not cover appliances damaged due to natural disasters or acts of God.

The company can determine whether a device should be fixed or replaced. The replacements will have comparable capacity and features; however, RWS does nott claim responsibility for matching brands, colors, measurements, or altering cabinets or structures. 

They will not cover leased equipment and any systems and appliances with pre-existing conditions. Although they provide services for equipment that has been improperly installed, these services are subject to specific limitations and circumstances.
