• Cosmetic Parts Reimbursement: The company will offer a reimbursement policy covering half, or 50%, of your costs, including tax, but not exceeding $100, for replaced parts you’ve had to purchase due to cosmetic damage on the eligible part. The parts you can claim include: bins, shelves, handles, knobs, drip pans, oven racks, dishwasher racks, trim kits, and grilles. Lastly, to receive this benefit, don’t forget to submit your proof of purchase.
• Food Spoilage: If we cover a cooling malfunction in your refrigerator or freezer, the company will compensate you for the spoiled food, up to a maximum value of $300.
  
• Laundry Reimbursement: If your washer, dryer, or combo unit experiences a covered failure, the company will reimburse up to $50. This applies if the product hasn’t been repaired or substituted within 14 days since you reported the issue to us.
• No Lemon Guarantee: Under this contract, if your product receives 3 separate repairs and requires a fourth, the company will either provide you with a replacement or cash settlement. (as per the original retail price)
