I have been Liberty’s client for years now. They’ve done an incredible job throughout. Most impressive was when they replaced our AC. We saved a ton and it was an easy process. I’ve recommended them to a few of my friends.
Great service and they facilitated a very quick replacement of our garbage disposal. The contractor they sent was great and funny too. Very happy with Liberty Home Guard and how they provide service. Their contractors are above average as well.
We called the office, got connected to Andrea who was sweet and helped us input the claim for the fan in our hood in the kitchen. We even spoke and were connected with a specialist in their vendor department, I believe her name was Abigail. I was worried they would send this contractor I worked with in the past, who I found on my own not through Liberty, and had a bad experience with. The contractor they did end up sending, not him, was absolutely fantastic. I actually use him for general handiwork around the house now. Thank you so much Liberty!
I purchased a home warranty from Liberty Home Guard about 8 months ago, and I’ve just completed my second claim with them. Their service is significantly superior to other competitor’s offerings. I actually work as a realtor, I know how important a home warranty company’s service provider network is to customer satisfaction. While I’ve seen comparable quality in their call center agents with other home warranty companies, the contractors Liberty Home Guard has sent us were fantastic. They came on time for all appointments, were courteous, got the issues fixed within 1-2 visits, and cleaned thoroughly after themselves when they were done. I plan to use Liberty Home Guard myself for years to come and refer them to my clients. I also really like their Realtor Portal which is very intuitive to use. My assumption is all their technology is similarly well built, which enables them to deliver a higher quality experience to everyone who works with them, service providers included.
We cook every meal at home so when my dishwasher stopped working all of a sudden, I knew I could not wait more than two days to have it up and running. I called in to Liberty’s line and expressed as much to the lovely agent, I believe her name was Michelle. I told her that if they can’t get somebody to my house by the day after tomorrow at the latest, I’ll just find my own person and pay for it myself. First, she let me know that would never be the case as they would let us use our own contractor if we needed to but also that she’d make every effort to get this handled with expediency. They ended up doing right by us because not three hours later, an appliance repair specialist was at my door. He didn’t have a Liberty uniform which was weird but then he explained to me that Liberty works with 3rd party contractors, which I was surprised because he genuinely cared about us and the issue. He spent the next 4 hours on our issue alone, he even left to go pick up parts from the store and came back to fix the dishwasher. This contractor really impressed me and if all their contractors are of similarly high caliber, I don’t see us ever leaving Liberty Home Guard. Thank you Michelle and Liberty for saving us and fixing our dishwasher super fast.
