Electrician was knowledgeable and found problem quickly. Very nice and would have him again. Good quality of work.
The program has significantly changed for the better. Previous policies had less repair options. Newer policies are much better. Only problem is the scheduling and arrival of a technician could be lengthy.
It was our first experience with CHW. It took two phone calls to get an appointment scheduled, but the end results were positive.
Due to service company doing a no show and then cancelling second appt we had to get a plumber to fix the kitchen as water was going every where. this cost us, they did come and fix bath faucet though on 3rd appt

Washer broke on Saturday and repair person arrived on Tuesday. He said the new part would cost more than a replacement and Choice approved a replacement within minutes and offered a gift card at Lowe’s or a check. I thought reimbursement was a little low but it was enough to cover the cost of a comparable washer just not the tax, delivery and installation but it was still a fair reimbursement so I am complaining.
