Will Choice Home Warranty replace appliances?
Choice Home Warranty offers repair and replacement coverage to their customers. If your appliance cannot be repaired, then the company will provide you with a replacement. But you must note that Choice Home Warranty will not replace your appliance immediately after you file a claim.
When you place a service request, their customer support representatives determine if your broken appliance is covered by warranty. If it is, they will assign you a licensed and local technician to fix your appliance.
The technician will contact you and schedule an appointment with you. He/she will then diagnose the problem and report it to the customer support representative. If the item is beyond repair or the cost of repair is more than that of the replacement, Choice Home Warranty will offer you a new replacement that is energy star qualified.
