The company claims that their goal is to provide the best possible service to their customers. Through their immaculate and friendly service, the Landmark team has managed to earn positive reviews from their customers. They also have won numerous accolades and awards for their services and achievements.

Select states receive pest control services from the Landmark team along with home warranty plans. Their plans also include a re-key service and also A/C & heater tune-up service.

I have used Landmark Warranty as a renter. Each time I used the service, I was able to schedule a service quickly and easily. The vendors that provided the service did so in a timely manner, and did a great job with doing the work. Based on my experience was a renter, when I purchased a new home, I bought a contract on my new home from Landmark.

We've used our home warranty policy three times now and are still incredibly impressed with each service call. The customer service representatives are always friendly and go out of their way to make sure that our problems are resolved. We have never had any luck getting service with our warranty in a timely manner. We have made calls for service for our refrigerator and air conditioning in times of need and have been told on a few occasions that no contractors are available for 3 days. We live in Arizona where the weather is hot and have 6 month old twin babies that rely on the pumped breast milk in the refrigerator. The only help that was provided was a suggestion to get dry ice....dry ice only last so long. We were told they only have one contractor in our area and they cannot reassign our job. I'm very frustrated with the lack if help.I was told they would call me back once I was placed on a waitlist with the contractor and never received a call back! It seems like this is a common problem and the solution would be to aquire more contractors in our area with emergency same day appointments available-these types of companies do exsist! We more than likely will not be renewing our service with Landmark due to poor and untimely service. What a waste of time and our money.

We didn't even have to call Landmark. They were calling us the day of our house closing to set up the rekey service. Landmark was very helpful and courteous. Their technician that came out was nice and worked quickly.

I've been impressed with the level of customer service. But their wait time to talk to a representative on the phone is pretty long. It was also difficult for them to find a repair contractor for our emergency, but it was also during the holidays. They don't cover the plumbers to put a camera down the pipes, which is frustrating since that's the only way the plumbers guarantee their work, so we had to pay out of pocket for that. But with the 2 times we've need a claim int he 1.5 months we've been here, we're grateful that we have it. Good company, just don't love how this things work. view less

I'm not even sure why I got a home warranty when I just pay $60 service fees to have people come out and not fix anything. I've needed them twice and they haven't solved any issue I've had so far. I'm going on 3 weeks without a resolution on my current issue.

We have been trying to get a dishwasher repaired through Landmark for two months now! The first contractor replaced the pump and that didn't fix it. It took a month to get that done. Once they refused to do any more, saying it was a leaky supply line, I finally had to go to the rental home and do the repair myself. The supply line was fine, only the connection at the dishwasher had been loosened. Once I tightened it up and turned it on, the valve to let the water in was not working (probably the original problem but the dishonest contractor replaced the pump for more money and then blamed the supply line when that did not fix the problem) Since then they finally sent another contractor 2 weeks ago who, sure enough, said the valve was no good. They did not order the part, nor did Landmark order it, now two weeks later it is still not fixed!. Every phone call or email gets a sympathetic ear and NO ACTION. No call backs, EVER. Two months of constant followup and still not fixed. Do not hire this company, they talk a good game but very poor followup. view less

This is a waste of money for us. Landmark is just like every other insurance company out there. Take your money and try to weasel out of paying for anything. We needed a new dishwasher after being in the house for 1 month. Yes, it is an old dishwasher, no, we didn't expect a top of the line replacement, but we did expect some professionalism and honesty. If it wasn't for Kim in customer service, we would have given up earlier. Today the replacement arrived, but sadly left with the delivery truck, because the technician couldn't install it, due to the set up of the plumbing. My understanding was that Landmark would pay for 1 hr. of installation, whatever that entailed. Landmark is refusing to complete appliance repair. Customer service representative hung up on me. There is a lack of communication between Landmark and contractor. Issue has been going on for almost 3 weeks. I have tried to work with Landmark on different levels for over a week.

Water heater busted and did quite a bit of damage to baseboards and dry wall in the garage and the adjacent room inside the house. I saw the leak on a Sunday, shut off all water to the house and called Landmark. They had M R Plumbing come out the next day to take a look and Martin was outstanding. He helped my drain the busted water heater (I recently moved in and didn't even have a hose!), and then re-routed the copper piping to bypass the water heater so i could at least have water to the house. He cut and soldered everything. He was back the next day with a new water heater and to begin the demolition of the damaged areas. He did treatment for mold, placed fans to dry everything, removed damaged areas, and even helped guide me through the home owner's insurance claim. He was incredible and absolutely went above and beyond for me. I am very appreciative for Landmark's choice and for M R Plumbing... saved me a whole lot of hassle. Thanks so much. view less
