Cinch home warranty plans offer monthly plans. The Appliances Plan and the Built-in Systems Plan starts at $27.99 per month, whereas the Complete Home Plan starts at $39.99 per month.

Cinch Services Plans

I have used the my warranty for my washer, fridge and now my dishwasher and each time the cost as been minimal compared to direct contact with repair service. Communication is adequate yet I had to contact service to get information on the status of my repair. Over all happy with my warranty I have saved money and time.

For the fourth time in my 5 1/2 years of being a Cinch customer, I have had to use my warranty coverage for a repair. I can't stress enough how fast and easy they make the claim process go. The customer service agents are courteous and knowledgeable. They are professional. The repair people know a lot about the problems. The parts people can get the parts readily. This company is a big help. The ac supervisors need to think about replacement and not just to replace parts but to replace the system and not spending so much money on parts.

So far, no bad issues. Technician seems knowledgeable and takes care of problems fast. Pleasant. My one problem is trying to get on to ***** site at beginning. After I finally get on then it is not so bad. It is those robo talkers that ask questions. A person could handle it in half the time.

Very pleased with technicians from Cinch Home Services, who repaired my dryer. Working well and doesn't sound like a threshing machine. They were very proficient, friendly and knew their job and left everything as they found it. Very satisfied except for long wait for parts and that wasn’t their fault.

Excellent service. Great communication on arrival times and service s. Tech was very helpful on hints to keep appliances operating. Super nice people. Recommend warranty service. Called ahead. Han masked covering. Left work areas cleaned up. Explained all documentation.

In dec 2020 we called Sears for a leaking dishwasher. A technician came and said it was the heater and ordered one after 2 weeks we got the heater but another technician came and said it was the copper pipe and was not covered. We ended up buying a new dishwasher. The technician signed us up for a warranty service. They don’t know what is covered and not. I am planning to cancel it. Waste of money.

In Dec 2020 I submitted a request for my built-in dishwasher to be repaired. Three times the appointment was changed. Finally in January 2021 I contacted Cinch and reminded them that my policy guaranteed replacement if the appliance couldn't be fixed. I am still waiting for the repaired machine or the new replacement. Worst warranty service ever.

Service repair personnel were great. Only issue was parts were not delivered as ordered by the repair man so there was a month delay. Again the service personnel we’re very respectful and apologetic that the correct parts were not ordered

Have had 2 different repairs and both times they had part needed on van and repaired in a very short time. Very knowledgeable repair tech,repaired my gas oven and second time my over the stovr microwave.

I have had to send Cinch a repair request 3 times in less than a year, for my washer( bearings went out), my A.C.( needed freon) , and my hot water heater ( leaked). All three times I received quick and professional service, and all were fixed or replaced much faster than I expected.. I am very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone.

Took a while to get a hold of them to get them to schedule. But once ******** was chosen as the repair company, they did a phenomenal job. Great installation of water heater and cleaned up after themselves. My husband was in the hospital and I was able to have hot water. Really grateful!

A technician was at my house 2 weeks ago. We do not have heat. We are suffering as we have been experiencing weather temperatures in the 40's. The Cinch Home Services customer representatives tell me the parts are still on order. Six days ago a representative told me they moved the order to a "Rush" status. After numerous attempts I can't get a supervisor on the telephone. G Adams

My experience was so bad that I have already canceled. I gave a one star rating due the toll free personnel were good except for the agent who I originally spoke to told me I could cancel at anytime and I was charged $ 125.00 to cancel

Nothing we inquire about is covered. Latest call regarding furnace, we were told Sears had no repair companies available in our area. Had to pay $100 fee to find that out. Would like the $100 refunded since we had to call, schedule and pay full price for the service call. All Sears did was decline the inquiry. Rating below for quality of repair and repair was for the heating company, not Sears.

Stay away from this company at all costs! I have had the same issue with my dishwasher not draining properly for over a year. After several failed attempts to repair it, they will not replace it. Total scam!!
