Acclaimed Home Warranty
Headquartered in Sandy, Utah, Acclaimed Home Warranty was established in 2017. The company has quickly established its reputation in the home warranty sector by providing quality services. In this Acclaimed Home Warranty review, we’ll go over its coverage, pricing, claims, contract terms, and everything else you need to know to make an informed decision.
Our Verdict: One of the company’s greatest assets is the offered coverage, which is even unlimited for some systems in selected states. It also provides regular discounts to buyers, which is a plus. However, we believe that the small number of states covered, which is just 5, is still a disadvantage.

Acclaimed’s liability during the term of the contract is limited to failures that occur due to normal wear and tear. The majority of the items covered by the company have a $1,000 coverage cap. Some have no coverage caps, such as plumbing and heating, while others, such as the electrical system and refrigerator, have a $1,500 coverage cap.
Apart from that, Acclaimed does not cover defects or pre-existing problems that were known before the start of the home warranty contract. It means if you knew something was broken before purchasing your home warranty, it will not be covered.
NOTE: There may be other exclusions to your warranty, so we encourage you to read the terms carefully and then make any purchases.
The coverage begins after a waiting period of 30 days, which means you have to wait for 30 days before filing a claim. Later, you can file a claim, and to do so, you will need to:
NOTE: The terms related to claims may differ depending on your location. We recommend reading the service contract carefully to file claims successfully.
