WORST warranty company EVER!!! We have has so many issues with our new home and They have done NOTHING for us! Our AC bit the dust and we were denied due to the words “corrosion”! I tried disputing this claim and the denied is again! We had to spend $10k on a whole new unit and Duct work! They are the WORST! Don’t sign with these people they are crooks!

I purchased a home and the seller included a warranty through Global. They wouldn't cover anything. They would send a service man out only for them to give a diagnosis and call the warranty company for them to say they wouldn't cover the costs. Everything was "pre-existing." Horrendous. Our attic fans were not working properly. The company they sent out replaced the motor on one fan, worked properly. The second fan blade was too rusted to be removed from the motor, so instead of replacing the fan, the tech banged on the unit and eventually used heat/cooling method to get the fan removed from the motor. When Global was contacted they notified that the same company would be sent out and if the company said there was nothing wrong with the fan, then that was the end of it. CON ARTIST!!!!. They won’t cover you for anything unless you find the problem within the first 30 days even with a 1 YEAR policy. I was told because I didn’t notify them immediately they won’t cover the problem. Can’t really see the point of having coverage for a year, should just be a 30 day policy

Before you buy a warranty from this company I would like to advise you to avoid. Too many reasons to find a better company. They are one of the worst for the vendor and consumer. I wish I had a choice of warranty company when I purchased my home. AVOID if POSSIBLE!!!

Global home is in business with the companies they send out to fix your claims. They will sit back and watch as these unethical and scam businesses screw you, and they won't do anything about it. These guys are great. I have used them for over 5 years and they cover everything including some plumbing and electric. In 5 years the only thing that they haven't covered was my washing machine because the tumbler was rusted out which was clearly stated in the contract. These guys have saved me thousands of dollars over the years and Steve Rodriguez out of corporate couldn't be any nicer or helpful ..Read Full Review

The worker from the warranty company was super nice. But I said you guys go ahead and try and find something. The next day I got a call from a plumber who the warranty company hired. The only thing he couldn’t get me in until the next week. But that was fine as I have a second bathroom. The plumber just left today. everything was covered by the warranty company. And I just had to pay 75 bucks and my toilet is fixed. Without warranty he said would have been $270 some. So I want to leave a good review it to let you know it does work. My water heater was not working, I called Global Home USA warranty on Oct 10th, there was no action taken for 3 weeks. Made another call 2 days back (Oct 29th) and was told that the dispatch did not reach in time. I don't what that means to me. My water heater was not working, I called Global Home USA warranty on Oct 10th, there was no action taken for 3 weeks. The claim was rejected since the service guy was not able to diagnose the issue , and we had to pay the full service charge for the visit. Another instance, the service guy had diagnosed the problem due to a clog in the defrost drain tube in my refrigerator which caused water leak , but global home usa warranty will not cover. I had pursue the service anyways to have the problem fixed, the service guy mentioned that he had to drain the water with steamer which is not maintenance issue but actually repair in LG refrigerator , I read through the contract completely and when i challenged them to point out the not covered ones, they were not able to explain it, they said the refrigerator service repair will not be covered, and most of the times since the contract was not read by the customers they do not spell everything out, which sounded stupid. I did not have chance to read the reviews for this warranty company, we got this home warranty as part of closing. Shocking to know that the company operates on such poor services. Global Home Warranty handled my 1st claim with them extremely Fast and Efficiently. GHW got back to me within 90 minutes, had Service Provider set-up within 2 hours and Repair was handled within 7 hours of initial call to GHW! Exceptional Service in my opinion! All biling, with the exception of the modest deductible, was all between GHW & the provider. Easy, Quick & Satisifying!

When your AC cannot keep your house cool below 80 degrees and is constantly running something is wrong mechanically. We have contacted our lender and told them just how horrible and rude the people at Global Home USA truly are so that they dont waste anymore money on buying this worthless warranty for their new homebuyers! Thankfully our local AC guys were able to help us and we now have our AC replaced with no hassle from them! Please do not waste your time or money on buying warranty from these people. Don’t purchase from Global Warranty Group. Take you money and time elsewhere. Just purchased a home with this home warranty. We had a home inspection that verified an operational dishwasher. We used the 2 year old dishwasher and the 2nd time the dishes weren’t getting clean. So we called Global Warranty Group to get it repaired. Begin awful customer service that was rude to my wife and said they would fix because it was a “preexcisting condtion”. I called to verify what the story was and they stated we needed to appeal the ruling and go through some long term appeal process. They then “ruled” it wouldn’t be repaired and wouldn’t sent anyone out. So we then requested a refund, which of course you had to do paperwork and snail mail it in vs simple email or phone call. All part of a scam to just take your money. Do not purchase from these folks. Rude customer service and they give you the run around on everything. Just awful! ..View less

ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS home warranty! Do not waste money on it as it COVERS NOTHING. It is not worth the paper it is written on. Countless negative online reviews, all claiming the same thing. Adjuster manipulated words to reach foregone denial conclusion. Terrible customer service. If it was possible to rate a negative star I would. I will be following up with a BBB complaint.

I get their job, and what they are trying to do. However, they denied a claim that was clearly not a preexisting condition and nothing I lied about. They twisted what I and the repair man said and manipulated their answer. If I’m due some help that’s clearly to be covered, just do your job. That’s what people ask for me in mine. Plus they also went back on timelines they gave me.

I’m so mad at this company for screwing me over! I filed a legitimate claim on my central air handler and A/C unit that stopped working after a big winter freeze.
