Global Home USA Warranty Plans

The company offers customers three home warranty plans that cover a range of critical systems and appliances. Coverage for the plans include:

1. Gold Plan- Essential home systems and appliances such as central air systems, dishwashers, garbage disposal, and many other critical devices get covered under this plan.

2. Platinum Plan- Covers essential items like electronic air filters, showerheads, water heaters, ductwork, water softener, etc.

3. Elite Plan- The plan provides comprehensive coverage for a range of items, including a sump pump, microwave, hydro jetting, and more.

Customers can also opt for the additional coverage option, including protection for garage door openers, central vacuum, stand-alone well pump, clothes washers, dryers, etc. Make sure to check your service contract to know more about the additional coverage option. 

Global Home USA Cost and Coverage  

The Gold Plan cost starts at $465, and the deductible amount is at a nominal value of $100. Coverage for the Platinum Plan begins at $565, and the deductible cost required to be paid is $75. The Elite plan’s price starts at $665, and the expected deductible amount to be paid is $60. 

It’s important to note that these plans’ prices may vary depending on your state of residence. You must check your policy or get in touch with customer care to know the exact amount required to pay. If you are happy with the company’s services, you can extend your contract after one year.

After we recieved our policy I was reading coverages we decided to cancel as we were misled. Customer service tried to get us to change our minds and when I said to just cancel the CSR started calling my husband my puppet. So disrespectful. Horrible horrible people.

Refused to pay to repair my fridge that was leaking. Not only that but they keep your deposit after refusing to pay. Mine was $100. In the future I will throw my money out the window. At least I will be saving the $100 deposit. This company is nothing but a big rip-off!

Totally unimpressed with the services(??) provided. I got the contract in 2020 & have tried 3 times to use them with no success. They never call back in the time frame allotted (24-48 hrs), are hard to get ahold of or say they are too busy to answer questions. Zero rating is the best I can give

WORST warranty company EVER!!! We have has so many issues with our new home and They have done NOTHING for us! Our AC bit the dust and we were denied due to the words “corrosion”! I tried disputing this claim and the denied is again! We had to spend $10k on a whole new unit and Duct work! They are the WORST! Don’t sign with these people they are crooks!

Horrendous. Our attic fans were not working properly. The company they sent out replaced the motor on one fan, worked properly. The second fan blade was too rusted to be removed from the motor, so instead of replacing the fan, the tech banged on the unit and eventually used heat/cooling method to get the fan removed from the motor.
