The company use fraudulent and misleading tactics to gain money on claims. They referenced portions of my contract that were not correct even after I pointed it out. Only after I got the *** involved did they admit charging me incorrectly on 1 of 3 charges. I still dispute their claim of charging me $200 for "modifications" installing a water heater when no mods were made.

I had a plumbing issue which was urgent, I contacted them June 11, June 12 they charged the $75 copay, on June 15 they scheduled a plumber for June 16, the plumber never showed up, they said they were going to contact another plumber. Please read all the other reviews as well to get a sense of what this company is. Super is bad at communication, they never do service in a timely manner, they do not care about you as a customer outside of renewals, and they absolutely do not let you talk to a real human. My last two claims were a mess and they are great about taking your money, but poor with everything else.

We bought Super by recommendation of our agent. The first claim for pool went just fine. I filed a claim a pool tech came the following week and the week after that he came again as scheduled. I found the number of electrician and told me he was so busy and told Super to schedule another company. One side of my house including master bath is in the dark. Do not use. I had to replace my AC due to the compressor out, it was an old Freon system. Super stated they cover up to $5k on replacement to the federal government standards. Well they only covered 420.00. I had to pay out of pocket for the remainder over $3,000 to Super to get it replaced and waited 2 weeks for the approval. As well as lied to me on what he told Super. First thing they said that this is a maintenance issue!!!! and not covered. Then i explained the situation and that i need some other company to verify this. They sent another company and their tech seemed knowledgeable, he cleaned the burners as well as said there is nothing wrong with the condenser, the relay is working fine, however the compressor failed due to age. When i called them, to follow up (as my refrigerator was out now for more than ten days because of their incompetency, and i have three little kids) they said that they need my inspection report, I told them that i bought the house 3 years ago, so it wouldnt be of any value. They insisted on that and as well on any repair that happened in the past. So i sent them the inspection report. As well as an invoice last august when a technician changed a relay for me. I started to think they are fraud and they will just deny the claim. Exactly what happened, they denied the claim. They claimed that the company they sent said that the compressor failed due to the relay that was changed out previously (The company, Master Tech). Which is totally opposite to what the technician told me and that the relay is working perfectly. These people are in fraud business and it seems i am not the first person they tell that too. One of the companies that worked for them told me they put their account on hold because they gave the diagnosis to the customer, and when they tried to lie to the customer he showed them they lied!! 2nd they told me that my secondary refrigerator True TS-72 would be covered, I gave them the model before registration. Then when i put a claim they took another 75$ and sent a man and they said, sorry we dont cover commercial refrigerators, SO WHY SAY YOU DO FROM THE BEGINNING and why take service fee for something u dont provide!!! I Asked to talk to a manger to either fix my Fridge or return my money back on May 21st, the reply was, we will inform them! Till this date I have not been contacted by any one. Every time we try to get someone on the phone it's just empty promises and phone tag. Save yourself the money and headaches. Took 4 days to decline my claim for a new hot water heater. This warranty can not be used for landlords as advertised. AZ law requires that hot water be fixed in 24 hours for tenants. They are using the fine print to get out replacing anything.

Our first claim was for a washing machine. We called to see if it would be covered, assuming it wouldn't be because it did not come with the house. We were told it would be covered and a service repair tech was assigned to come out. The repair tech never came, but called and said he knew what the problem was and thought the machine needed to be replaced. For TWO WEEKS we called to get resolution. We talked to 5 different customer service reps. Each time, we double checked to see if the machine was covered, and each time we were assured it would be. After many frustrating calls trying to get answers, I spoke with a manager and he explained that they had training issues. Everyone we spoke with was not aware that a washing machine that didn't come with the home wasnt covered? Really! Ultimately we were refunded for the service visit that never happened, and he was shocked to learn that the repairman never came to the house. (Training issue again?) I guess all I have to say is you can't trust that what you hear from the customer service reps is true. You had better ask to speak to a manager and then prepare to be given the run around for days to actually speak with one. They could have kept a happy customer by just telling us the machine wasn't covered from Day 1. Very frustrating to say the least! On 8/31/2019, I contacted Super to request service on my fridge as it stopped cooling, service was scheduled on Tuesday 9/3/2019 and a technician came out,after spending 2 minutes the technician said that the board needed to be replaced and that they will contact me as soon as they had the part. A week later I was contacted to schedule the service, one the scheduled service day (12-5 window for appt), the technician called and said he'll be late and then kept calling to say he's still coming but later and finally called to cancel the appointment at midnight. The same thing happened the same day, only this time I had to cancel the appointment at 11:30 pm as he hasn't showed up yet. I complained to Super and the technician finally showed up on the third try only to say that the initial diagnosis was wrong and it's compressor problem. Since the compressor is under warranty for part he will have to order it from LG under warranty. After 2 weeks I contacted the technician on a Monday to ask about status of the compressor and he said it was back order until the preceding Friday and that he will wait 2 more weeks before contacting LG "because even if they got it in last Friday, it could take them a week to send it and a week in the mail". I called LG myself only to find out that the part has already been delivered to him the Thursday before the day he said the part won't be available at LG and gave him a tracking number. Magically the found the part they were going to wait 2 more weeks for call about.They scheduled me for an appointment (12-5). For the 3rd time the technician called late and cancelled the appointment after he said he was stuck at another job and would have to reschedule, That was after making me take off work and wait all day. I called super and complained again and asked for a different technician, however Super refused and said that this technician "has put too much work in the appliance to be replaced now". Appointment was rescheduled and he came to install the compressor, I let him and he started working but then had to leave but told him that my wife was upstairs and to let her know once he's done. I returned to find that the technician left without telling anyone and when I texted him he said that he didn't want to bother my wife and that everything is done. However, the fridge didn't seem to be cooling, so I texted him and he said to give it a few hours. Next morning he texted to ask if the fridge was cooling now, I told him that it wasn't and his answer was that he was getting an error trying to update the software on the main board as required by LG. Something he never disclosed when he said that everything was done. I called Super and complained again and let them know the story, through out the whole process Super was dismissive of my complaints and refused to take any remedial action.The technician then told me that LG told him they have sent out the wrong compressor (something LG denies, they say he entered an incomplete model# resulting in the wrong part being sent). LG sent him another compressor and main board and he I was scheduled for service once more (between 5-8). The technician texted me that he's on the way at 5:57 only to show up at 8:40 pm. After installing the new compressor and board, he said the fridge is still not working and he'll let Super know. Super told me they are escalating the issue and I should hear back within 24 hours of another alternative way to repair my fridge or replace it. Received a call today 10/17/2019 from Super (Mike) who told me that LG compressors have a class action lawsuit and therefore they will not provide any further service on it. I explained to him that the current lawsuit is for Fridges bought after January 2014 and mine was a 2012 Fridge, however he insisted that there was a previous lawsuit and I should seek relief from LG under the previously reached settlement. I called LG and they sad my serial# was not part of that lawsuit and my compressor was covered for parts only under warranty which is why they provided me with a new compressor however labor is not covered. Super representative took the position that there are a lot of complaints about LG compressors and that's why any compressor that LG sends is not going to work and the issue will not be covered by Super (that's after 1.5 months of working on the issue). ..View less

And the vendor that was called to service my Seller's HVAC was one that I have used with other listings so was very comfortable with the people working with my clients. They took care of all my HVAC problems. I didn't like the first contractor so I didn't have to pay. The 2nd contractor they let me hire and he told me $10k in repairs. They sent out a 2nd opinion and said both those contractors are wrong and I have a bad HVAC valve. Everything was ordered and installed after his diagnosis within 5 days. Saved everyone a ton of money and Super picked up the tab. AWESOME S ..Read Full Review
