Our cooktop issue took almost 4-months to get closed without any solution. Very poor customer service with very long wait times on the line. Had several technician visits (probably 6-7 times) and each time issue wasn't resolved. Spent many hours waiting on the line for customer service to help. While waiting Fidelity to offer replacement at the end, they told me that my cooktop was repaired fully and the case was closed. It was like a joke. Later confirmed with the assigned appliance company (Fast Appliances, TX) that the technician submitted that our cooktop was fully-repaired despite the fact that it wasn't. I was speechless! Customer service rep at Fidelity kept asking they need to send another technician to re-diagnose 3-4 month-old problem to proceed with the case. At that point, we were tired with technician visits and the only solution was to cancel Fidelity policy and fixing our problem ourselves. From beginning to the end, the issue was handled very poorly. Recommend being very careful before deciding to work with this company. Be ready for poor quality customer service and more. ..View less

Avoid at all costs. Save your premiums, service call fees, and what you are going to have to pay out of pocket to fix what their contractors break and you will be able to pay for all repairs through contractors that you research and vet. FNHWs customer service is atrocious. Most of the time they dont answer the phone and when they do is to be rude and condescending.

I called in an issue on my HVAC system over 1 week ago, they sent out a contractor, who in my, opinion, was unprofessional and made me question his abilities. He was not here long and provided no information relating to my issue. I called him a few days later, last Friday, he said I can't talk I'm with a customer and he hung up. So today, Monday, I called Fidelity to get a status of my work order. I have on hold for over 45 minutes. They say you can use the website but it has no where to check work orders status. I am a new customer and will not be renewing with this company as they obviously are not interested in assisting the customer. I would recommend you not choose Fidelity National. Due to this complete lack of concern and response I must give a horrible review. We have been without HVAC for over a week and still have no idea of what is going on or when or if they actually will respond or do the work that I paid for when signing up. ..View less

If that's not bad enough, you have to do all the footwork and following up to get anything accomplished. We are a week in waiting on our hot water heater to be repaired even though its pouring water into our garage. They are making us call the manufacturer, obtain documents and scan them back to them to even get the repairs approved. Meanwhile, no work has been scheduled. Additionally, we were told the repairs would be almost $300 more out of our pockets. Seriously, move on, don't let them screw you out of your time and money. ..View less

Closed on home 2/19, remodeling work being in progress, moved in 3/26 & 3/27. Still under construction. Went to take a shower last night no hot water after running 20 mins. Before moving in the PROVIDER, came out because the water wasn't getting warm and a metal order coming from faucet. He inspected increased the temp gauge to 125. NO usage until 3/27 for hot water. Placed an EMERGENCY service call Sunday evening, no response next morning until I called. Bottomline; same PROVIDER came out to inspect. His paperwork submitted to FNHW "Cust needs new water heater". Called to see if I can expedite install, they say there process will be 24-48 to approve and then another few days for install based on PROVIDER. Can anyone reading this take cold showers in Oregon when its barely spring? I am going to pay for a new water heater and have it installed. I can't wait for their processes as they are unreasonable and ridiculous. Signed Nancy Radonich ..View less

This was revealed late in the process unfortunately. While all agents and technicians I encountered were polite and soothing, they consistently failed to communicate with me until I initiated phone contact. I was told by specialists multiple times (3 at least) that they would resolve the issue quickly and contact me with updates. Unfortunately they could not keep their word. I understand with the pandemic that glitches and delays are expected. But this company needs to remedy some major systemic issues. I am totally unsatisfied with the 'service' that was provided, and cannot recommend them as a trustworthy company. Would love to change my 1-star rating but there is no evidence for a higher review. ..View less

Now if it is approved I need to wait for parts, which I was told would be 3-5 days. We are going into Thursday with no answer, which means thru the weekend no air.
