I have had 3 home warranties with other companies but never have the superior service I received with AFC Home Warranty. If you are looking for an honest company that stands behind what they say this is the company you want. Never any trouble when filing a claim.
I have had SEVERAL Home Warranty companies in the past.. AFC has answered all of my questions and have been there to pay the claims when i have needed them. I HIGHLY recommend AFC HOME WARRANTY if you want you home protected.
This company is by far the best I have ever dealt with. I have had another company for over 10 years and they would not help me on my first ever claim. I decided to join AFC Home Warranty and man what a difference. They are nice and respectful. My account rep was there through every step and my washer machine was delivered the very same day! I recommend them to all my friends and family.
I am very angry with this company. They circumvent completing work by coming up with bogus guidelines. Initially, when we discussed our issue with AFC, they were fine with completing the work and charging us the understood $60.00. After finding out the amount to complete the work, they conveniently decided this work was not covered. The ONLY reason we have this company is because we purchased a new home and our realtor provides all of his clients with this once closed. Enough said, we can not wait until this year is up…..we will definitely go back to our OTHER warranty company!!!!
I have been with AFC Home Warranty for going on 3 yrs now, and have NEVER had a problem. Each time I needed to file a claim or had a general question it was resolved immediately. I have the choice of choosing who I want for the repairs, and also am in direct contact with my representative when there are issues. I will continue my service with AFC Warranty and WILL refer them to all of my friends and family..

AFC Home Warranty is great!I had a claim on my A/C unit this spring. I called my account rep and she was able to not only have them at my home that evening but AFC Home Warranty let me choose the company! I have recommended them to all of my neighbors confidently. As anyone I hope I do not have to use this again but I something comes up I know that I have the company who will have my back.
I have never had a Home warranty before and when my Heater broke last year I had the unfortunate chance to see what it cost to replace it with the cost of labor and the system and trust me it wasn’t cheap. I have had AFC for almost a year now and I will definitely sign back up with them. My new heater started acting funny like 2 months into my contract and I did like they said and filed a claim and had a repair man at my door within 24 hours. He looked at the heater and found it was just a small repair and that it only cost $35 dollars to fix and that’s all i needed to pay. I couldn’t be more happy with this company without them I would’ve been stuck paying for a repairman to come see what the problem was and than pay to fix it and they might have told me anything and probably had me waiting all day missing work to be home when they decided to come. I wouldn’t know what to do without this company now they have definitely earned a customer for life. Thanks AFC for all the great work and service you guys have giving me and my Family, PS.. Keep up the good work.:-)
